Ackroyd Pharmacy Pharmacy Manager Location: Richmond, BC Position: Pharmacy Manager Expected Hours: 30–40 hours per week Compensation: $50–$60 per hour + Annual Bonus + Benefits We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead our established community pharmacy in Richmond, BC. We are a family-run independent pharmacy that values our employees and the relationships we build with our patients. Unlike a large corporate environment, our Pharmacy Manager will work closely with the owners and have the opportunity to provide input into how the pharmacy operates and grows. Pharmacy Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sunday and Holidays: Closed The Pharmacy Manager can expect to work approximately 30–40 hours per week. What We Offer $50–$60 per hour, based on experience Annual performance bonus Benefits package 30–40 hours per week Supportive, family-run work environment Pharmacist overlap Experienced pharmacy assistants Positive and collaborative team culture Stable and consistent scheduling Direct communication and support from ownership Opportunity to have a meaningful voice in pharmacy operations Opportunity to grow clinical services and develop the pharmacy Professional development and long-term growth opportunities Responsibilities As Pharmacy Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacists of BC standards and applicable regulations Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing and patient counselling Provide clinical services, including medication reviews, prescription adaptations and renewals, minor ailment assessments, injections, and other pharmacist services Lead, support, and develop pharmacy staff Maintain an efficient and positive pharmacy workflow Oversee inventory, narcotics and controlled drugs, documentation, and pharmacy procedures Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Identify opportunities to improve patient care, expand pharmacy services, and grow the business Maintain a welcoming, professional, and patient-focused pharmacy environment Qualifications Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia Authorized to administer injections and provide applicable pharmacist clinical services in BC Community pharmacy experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent patient-care and customer-service skills Comfortable working independently and leading a team Pharmacy management experience is an asset, but we welcome experienced pharmacists who are ready to take the next step into management Preferred languages: English Cantonese Mandarin Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is considered an asset. Requirements

Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, authorized to administer injections and provide applicable clinical services, and have community pharmacy experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and patient-care skills are required; pharmacy management experience is an asset, and Cantonese or Mandarin is also an asset.
