Notre pharmacie le Proxim Pierre Bergeron & Jean-Christophe Raymond située au 3637 rue Queen à Rawdon est à la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(ne) en pharmacie. En collaboration étroite avec les pharmaciens, le poste met un accent particulier sur les tâches cliniques, tout en incluant des responsabilités techniques et de service à la clientèle. Responsabilités principales Service à la clientèle: Accueillir les patients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme; Répondre aux questions de base ou diriger vers le pharmacien au besoin; Gérer les appels téléphoniques pour les renouvellements ou les suivis. Tâches cliniques (sous supervision du pharmacien) Fournir des conseils simples sur les médicaments (ex. analgésiques, pompes, antibiotiques); Assurer le suivi des patients (observance, ajustements, ruptures de stock); Participer à la gestion de traitements particuliers (ex. warfarine, clozapine); Aider à l’analyse de dossiers pour des consultations cliniques (ex. Empego); Assurer la documentation et la facturation des actes professionnels. Opérations en laboratoire Vérification de paniers (DVCC); Entrée et sortie de transferts d’ordonnances; Soutien aux procédures internes : gestion des magistrales, médicaments dangereux, inventaire. Profil recherché DEC en techniques de pharmacie Expérience en pharmacie communautaire (atout)Connaissance d’un logiciel de laboratoire (atout) Note : Le genre masculin a été utilisé dans le but d’alléger le texte
What you’ll do
