Reporting to a Venture Partner, the Business Development Analyst will play a critical role in the success of CDRD's product development and product commercialisation programs through the identification of data sets/sources and identifying market opportunities to position and advance projects. The Business Development Analyst will develop market models that reflect historic trends to enable predictive modelling for an evolving marketplace. The Business Development Analyst will work closely with all aspects of the business to ensure outputs are comprehensive in nature, and present their findings to support the commercial decision-making process.
The successful candidate will have five years experience in business development and/or management consulting in combination with data analytics for biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical companies. The successful candidate will be a data expert with a track record of identifying and accessing data sources to establish analytic plans required to characterise a disease and/or therapeutics and generate actionable recommendations and strategic insights. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a degree in engineering and/or data science with strong business acumen. A Master of Business Administration is preferred.
