Within the Southern Ontario territory, achieve or exceed given sales forecast and develop and maintain accounts for the sale of company products. Maintain compliance and adhere to specific Legislation. Maintain assigned Pharmacies and identify and develop new leads.
Successfully introduce, maintain and grow product distribution in specifically assigned territory. Negotiate partnerships with pharmacists to increase product distribution while building trust, value and effective communication. Drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems and demonstrate high integrity
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and provincial laws. Maintain compliance within regional programs that align with organizational targets and policies.
Maintain a current working knowledge of products and ensure customers are informed of current and new products.
Develop territory sales plan for the attainment of sales objectives and develop and present annual business reviews to key accounts. Analyze data to identify and call on the appropriate numbers of target Pharmacies and key decision makers. Manage all sales related administrative duties including expense reporting and provide input during budget development.
Attend conferences and internal meetings as required with direction from Manager
University degree in Science, Business or Marketing (preferred)
At least 3 years demonstrated successful performance in sales and customer service within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry or equivalent sales experience (mandatory)
At least 3 years successful performance in the Canadian Generic Pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
Canadian Generic marketplace or similar experience in sales
Strong organizational skills

Time management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
