Director, Commerical Operations Reports to: SVP, Business Development Purpose of the Role The Director Commerical Operations is accountable to define and execute a strategy to ensure the Sales and Marketing excellence is achieved through the use of best practice sales automation platforms, (including self-serve portals, CPQ tools and business analytics and sales and marketing analytics/ management tools), performance management tools and strategic contract management processes. The role is also responsible for the development and institutionalization of rapid and effective sales and marketing onboarding, sales and marketing competency modeling and associated technical skills development programs. A key accountability of the role will be to define a strategy to raise the competency of the sales and marketing function, and to support predictable and sustainable growth of the General and Advanced Diagnostics portfolios Success in this role will be measured through accelerated financial performance and the measure of KPIs as leading and lagging indicators.
