We are currently looking for an Associate in Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Regulatory Affairs. Reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Affairs-Labelling, you will support the company's milestones on a wide range of natural health products for submissions in Canada.

You will be responsible of various exciting projects:

• Act as a point of contact with Health Canada for Natural Health Canada submission applications, IRN responses and notifications.
  
  
• Prepare and review packaging materials for NPN products.
  
  
• Coordinate with internal departments, product development, quality assurance, marketing and supply chain for the life cycle management of NPN  products and new product launches.
  
  
• Ensure that labelling compliance is accurate and up to date according to the Health Canada guidelines.
  
  
• Interact with manufacturing partners to gather supporting documentation.
  
  
• Open change controls for post commercial changes for NPN products.
  
  
• Maintain knowledge of applicable corporate/company SOPs, guidelines, and working instructions related to product labeling.
  
  
• Understand the GMP requirements.
  
  

To succeed and be happy in this position, it is important to have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1-3 years related professional experience; equivalent combination of education and experience
  
  
• Must be a detailed-oriented, organized and an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  
  
• Must strong project management skills.
  
  
• Completely fluent in English and French, spoken and written
