What will you have to do?

  • Coordinate the Omega supplier audit program to ensure that external suppliers.
  • Generate audit reports, reviews of external audit reports.
  • Update the supplier database
  • Report audit results to suppliers, monitor supplier responses and review objective evidence of corrective actions
  • Enter audit results and supplier responses into the IT system
  • Lead Omega's internal audit program to ensure that internal systems comply with regulations.
  • Manage the approval of quality agreements
  • The Certified Auditor must be willing to travel in Canada and internationally, up to 30% of the time

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably sterile injectables.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of current GMP and GLP, as well as trends and guidelines from Health Canada, FDA and Europe.
  • Must have excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effectively prioritizes workload and manages project completion time allocated within established timelines and objectives.
  •  Ability to supervise multiple projects in a rapidly changing team environment.

  • Having a certificate as a certified auditor, is an asset.
