Junior Buyer, Purchasing and Supply

This pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacture, distribution and marketing of animal health products is looking for a Junior Buyer, Purchasing and Supply for its production site in Princeville.

Your main mission will be to manage the purchases and suppliers of the entrusted portfolio in strict compliance with Group Purchasing Policies, regulations and internal procedures and rules in force. You will also have to actively contribute to the purchasing optimization actions for which you will be responsible.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

Stored purchases

• Processes the purchases of the entrusted portfolio ein accordance with the needs in terms of quantity, quality, deadlines as well as Group Purchasing Policies and budgetary commitments.
• For the entrusted files, ensures follow-ups with the departments and departments involved (Finance, Legal, etc.).

Purchases not store

• Create the paid-out.
• Track orders.
• Manages returns, credits for all services but more specifically production, laboratory and maintenance and engineering services.

Optimization of stored purchasing costs

• Negotiates the purchasing costs in order to achieve the defined profit objectives while respecting the the allocated budgets, specifications, deadlines and Group Purchasing Policies.
• Propose actions to contribute to this objective.

Supplier relationships stored purchases

• Develops solid and ongoing relationships with suppliers in its portfolio (contracts, partnerships, etc.), within the framework of the rules defined by the Group Purchasing Policy.
• Determines the strategic suppliers of its portfolio.

Supplier evaluation of stored purchases

• Monitor the performance of strategic suppliers through the implementation of evaluation tools and performance indicators.
• Ensures their updating (compliance with the specifications, the expected level of quality, dependency rate, financial health, etc.)
• Alert his hierarchy in the event of an identified problem or risk.
• Conducts the necessary corrective action plans (in the event of problems or risks with suppliers).

Procurement and certification

• Monitor the markets of the stored purchasing families for which he is responsible.
• Performs a systematic supply within the framework of the calls for tenders launched.
• Manages the entry of the homologation and carries out an operational follow-up of the homologation files.

Monitoring of stored purchasing activity

• Performs an operational follow-up of the processed files and produces a regular report to his hierarchy.
• Communicates and argues the results obtained.
• Make the necessary recommendations.
• Proposes the appropriate corrective action plans.
• Ensures the updating of the data falling to him allowing the production of purchasing reports and dashboards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in administration, specialization in procurement or purchasingor equivalent
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic industry
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Mastery of IT, office and dedicated tools (JDE)
• Mastery of negotiation levers and know how to negotiate in an international context
• Ability to draw up purchase contracts taking into account all the necessary qualitative, economic and legal technical guarantees
• Ability to follow the execution of contracts Prospect and evaluate suppliers (market study) to obtain optimal profitability (costs, deadlines, quality and quantity)
