ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Manager–Investigations, you conduct investigations and support the departments in conducting of quality investigations.
Ensure that appropriate investigation plans are in place;
As needed, train the investigation team members on the investigation tools and methodology;
Are responsible for ensuring that the required tests and measurements are done;
Provide a structured, thorough write-up of investigations (chronology of events, measurement results, stakeholders, report, appendices, etc.);
Follow up with stakeholders and coordinate the investigation activities;
Collaborate with the various departments in the preliminary identification of corrective actions;
Make appropriate recommendations.
Position approximately 14 months long.
