ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Education and Skills Development, you need to analyze training and development needs with your clients. You design and adapt effective programs and training activities. You broadcast the training you have expertise. You monitor training activities and maintain skills. You check the transfer of learning and support the trainers in their activities.

In particular, you:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to meet client demands and needs, taking into account the requirements of accrediting organizations (when required);
  • Write partnership agreements with clients;
  • Explore and implement new methods and technologies to optimize learning;
  • Carry out training management (planning, organization, dissemination, evaluation and documentation);
  • Supervise the work of trainers to provide support to them;
  • Evaluate and update training programs;
  • Participate, as needed, in ad hoc committees on the different projects of the company;
  • Coach external resources in the development and dissemination of training as needed;
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to facilitate the transfer of learning, in collaboration with the managers involved;
  • Evaluate the results of the interventions and monitor the programs in place;
  • Perform all other duties related to the position being held.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a diploma or certificate in the field of education, human resources management or any other relevant field (experience deemed equivalent could also be considered);
  • Have a minimum of three years of experience in training and development;
  • Have excellent command of the French language both orally and in writing;
  • Master the main tools and software (Microsoft Office);
  • Be willing to travel to different sites of the company;
  • Being a member in good standing of an order or professional association is an asset;
  • All combinations of education and experience deemed relevant will be considered for staffing purposes.

  • Have strong analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to simultaneously complete multiple files with various stakeholders in a changing environment;
  • Have a good tolerance to stress and ambiguity;
  • Have an excellent client-oriented approach and teamwork;
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Have excellent facilitation and group presentation skills;
  • Have the ability to popularize content and concepts;
  • Have a sense of innovation and be creative;
  • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, initiative and possess a great sense of organization.
