Lead the commissioning, start-up, and production ramp-up of a new injectable pharmaceutical facility, establishing manufacturing workflows, teams, and processes while meeting quality, schedule, and budget targets. Manage vendors and collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Engineering teams to ensure GMP compliance, operational improvement, safety, and effective performance reporting.
