The associate will prepare clinical and economic summaries of drug product submissions to support formulary management and government stakeholders. They will also assist the Alberta Health Expert Committee on Drug Evaluation and Therapeutics by providing specialized scientific reviews.

The representative responds to telephone inquiries from health care providers regarding benefit eligibility, claim submissions, and plan requirements. They also document call details, analyze workflows, and provide feedback to management to improve processes.
