Our client, a strong and well-established company in the construction industry, is seeking an autonomous, dynamic individual in excellent physical condition to deliver construction equipment and materials to job sites throughout Montreal and surrounding areas. In this key role, you will operate a recent model vehicle while also providing supervision and guidance to the current delivery driver on the team.

What you’ll do

- Deliver and transport equipment and construction materials directly to job sites; - Operate recent trucks (e.g., automatic 2025 Kenworth) and be comfortable driving a spider crane truck or handling trailers; - Supervise, coordinate, and mentor the current delivery driver in the field; - Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials safely; - Complete pre-trip inspections (safety inspections) and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned equipment; - Provide exceptional and courteous customer service to job site personnel; - Perform any other related duties as required. Requirements

- Valid Class 3 driver's licence with F endorsement; - Experience supervising delivery, distribution, or similar teams; - Between 1 and 3 years of experience as a delivery driver; - Ability to perform physical work (active role involving material handling on job sites); - Comfortable operating trailers and transporting construction equipment; - ASP Construction card (a strong asset; training available if not already obtained); - Forklift operator certification (an asset); - Excellent customer service skills and professionalism on job sites.
