Description: Description: The Pharmacist I is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. The Pharmacist I manages medication therapy and intervenes as required to optimize patient outcomes. Preferred Qualifications: Previous hospital experience. Completion of an accredited hospital residency/Pharm D program. Member of Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
