The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized patient medication therapy, counsels patients, and collaborates with healthcare teams to develop therapeutic plans. They also perform drug distribution duties, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide mentorship to students and residents. Candidates must hold current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.

Requirements
