The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized pharmacotherapy, patient counseling, and collaborates with healthcare teams to develop therapeutic plans. They also perform drug distribution duties, participate in clinical trials, and provide mentorship to pharmacy students and residents. Candidates must hold current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.

Requirements
