The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized medication therapy and counseling while collaborating with healthcare providers to develop therapeutic plans. They are also responsible for validating prescriptions, dispensing medications, and supervising pharmacy students and residents. Candidates must be registered pharmacists with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Requirements
