The Clinical Pharmacist provides patient-centered medication therapy management, including counseling, therapeutic planning, and consultation with the healthcare team. They also perform drug distribution duties, ensure medication safety, and contribute to quality improvement and clinical research initiatives. Candidates must be registered as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Requirements
