The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized pharmacotherapy, patient counseling, and collaborates with healthcare providers to develop therapeutic plans. They also perform drug distribution duties, participate in clinical drug trials, and provide mentorship to pharmacy students and residents. Candidates must have current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.

Requirements
