The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized patient medication therapy, counsels patients, and collaborates with healthcare teams to develop therapeutic plans. They also participate in drug distribution, medication safety initiatives, quality improvement, and the supervision of pharmacy students and residents. Candidates must have current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.
What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must have current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.
