The Clinical Pharmacist provides individualized pharmacotherapy, counsels patients, and collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and monitor therapeutic plans. They also perform drug distribution duties, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide mentorship to pharmacy students and residents. Candidates must have current registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program is required.

Requirements
