The Pharmacy Technician processes and prepares medication orders, including compounding sterile products and performing final checks for accuracy. They also maintain inventory levels, manage narcotic records, and perform clerical duties to support the pharmacy team. Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma and graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program. Current practicing registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia is required.
