Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient and selected outpatient units, including medication order review, medication preparation and dispensing, pharmacotherapy monitoring, and adverse drug reaction reporting. Support EPIC and computerized order entry, develop care programs and treatment protocols, and participate in hospital committees.
