Administratively, this position oversees the department's administration, supervision, planning, and budgeting, reporting directly to the Manager (or designate) and advising on budgets, workload, labour relations, and personnel matters. The Professional Practice Leader - Pharmacy ensures compliance with all institutional and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations, policies, and procedures. Professionally, this position ensures that Pharmacy standards align with regulatory and accrediting body standards and relevant legislation. Provides clinical guidance to Pharmacy staff, advancing pharmaceutical care within the hospital. This role is pivotal in supporting departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives through collaboration with local and regional pharmacy leaders, physicians, and nursing leaders to achieve overall goals and objectives. This is a Permanent Full Time (1.00) opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
