The Pharmacist provides specialized diabetes counseling, medication assessments, and therapy management within a collaborative clinical environment. They work alongside endocrinologists to deliver patient-centered care and support general pharmacy operations. Candidates must be an OCP Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with current OCP Injection Certification and previous retail pharmacy experience. Preference is given to those with 2-3 years of Ontario practice, CDE certification, and proficiency in South Asian languages.
