They also provide patient counseling, manage minor ailments, and perform medication reconciliation to support patient care goals. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be registered in good standing with the ACP. Additionally, the role requires Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) and strong professional and leadership skills.
