Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license, along with superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism. Required abilities include excellent leadership, performance management, strong problem-solving skills, and proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
