They must also ensure adequate inventory levels, provide patient counseling, and drive the financial success of the pharmacy. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license. A minimum of 3 years of retail pharmacy experience and strong people management skills are required.
