The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications while providing patient-centered counseling. They must also engage with the Indigenous community, collaborate with Elders, and foster an environment of cultural safety and inclusion. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license. Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous patients and communities, along with a deep understanding of Indigenous wellness frameworks and cultural safety, is required.
