We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Pharmacy department. In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday / Days - 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00. Rotation will change to include weekend shifts.

Requirements

Requires a Pharmacist with a strong work ethic and the ability to work within an interprofessional team. Must be able to handle shift rotations including weekends.
