Pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of animal health products, we are looking for a technician, analytical development for our industrial site based in Princeville.

Your main mission will be to assist specialists, analytical development in their tasks and carry out the analysis required for the development and validation of methods, stabilities, product optimization studies (DVI), while respecting GMP and documentary standards as well as the prescribed deadlines.

Main activities :

Analysis

  • Assists the analytical development specialist and performs the analysis required for the development and validation of methods     
  • Performs chemical and physical stability analysis according to the methods and deadlines     
  • Prepares the solutions necessary for carrying out the studies     
  • Performs analysis on batches required for trouble shooting, product optimization or the transfer/industrialization of products produced by DVI
  • Complete and verify the raw data generated     
  • Complete the laboratory notebook according to the analysis and tests carried out

Inventory     

  • Follow up on inventories (standards, reagents, solvents) and fulfill orders according to needs and studies

Security     

  • Ensures his own safety and that of his colleagues by applying general safety and health rules, and alerts his hierarchy of any risky situation.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in analytical chemistry or equivalent;
  • Being able to carry out physico-chemical analysis, write reports and procedures
  • Being able to respect procedures and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and WHMIS
  • Knowledge of office and dedicated IT tools (analysis device software, Microsoft Office suite);
  • Functional English (written comprehension)
