ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Manager–Production, you perform all the duties related to the processing and management of biological products.

More specifically, you:

  • Participate in the receipt, registration and processing operations for such products as platelets, red blood cells and frozen products;
  • Perform tasks related to the shipping of products to hospitals;
  • Handle biological products;
  • Maintain biomedical instruments and devices;
  • Perform partial or complete inventories of blood products and their derivatives;
  • Fill out and check various controlled documents;
  • Ensure the optimal quality of biological products at every stage of your work, in accordance with current procedures and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a secondary V diploma or the equivalent;
  • Previous work in the pharmaceutical sector or in a production environment in which manufacturing best practices are strictly applied is an asset;
  • Be familiar with various computer tools and software;
  • Have a good command of French;
  • Be able to handle loads;
  • Be able to work standing up for long periods;
  • Pass a medical examination;
  • Meet Canadian criminal check requirements;
  • Have good manual dexterity and timely performance.

Availability
Monday to Sunday (Week 1)
Monday to Friday (Week 2)
Minimum of 42 hours every two weeks
Shift: day and evening
Working hours (indicative): 07.00 to 15.00 and 15.00 to 23.00.
