Ce poste nécessite une expertise pratique en dépannage, étalonnage et maintenance préventive d'instruments, y compris des équipements analytiques tels que HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, etc. Le poste exige une flexibilité horaire en raison de la nature du travail, ce qui peut inclure des horaires le week-end. Rôles et responsabilités clés Dépanner et réparer les équipements et instruments de laboratoire. Effectuer l'étalonnage, la maintenance de routine et préventive des équipements chromatographiques et non chromatographiques. Réaliser des tâches régulières de maintenance prédictive/préventive. Effectuer l'IQ/OQ/PQ pour divers équipements de laboratoire, y compris la validation de logiciels. Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité en matière de protection personnelle, d'entretien du laboratoire et de procédures de travail. Rédiger, réviser et mettre à jour les SOP et registres des équipements selon les besoins. Qualifications Solides connaissances et expérience en maintenance, dépannage et étalonnage d'équipements. Expertise en instrumentation et maintenance préventive. Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à respecter des délais serrés. Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome avec un minimum de supervision, en gérant efficacement son temps et en multitâches pour respecter les délais. Expérience préalable en maintenance préventive d'équipements Agilent HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS préférée. Certifications ou formations pertinentes en instrumentation et étalonnage. Role Description As an Equipment Qualification Specialist at Pathogenia Lab, you will play a pivotal role in Qualification, Calibration, Verification and Maintaining and optimizing our laboratory equipment. This position requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation including analytical equipment such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS etc. The position demands flexibility in scheduling due to the nature of the work, which may include working during weekends. Key Roles & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment and instrumentation Conduct calibration, routine, and preventive maintenance of chromatographic and non-chromatographic laboratory equipment Perform regular predictive/preventative maintenance tasks Perform IQ/OQ/PQ for various laboratory equipment including software validation. Adhere to Health and Safety standards regarding personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures. Write, review, and update equipment SOPs and records as needed Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration. Expertise in instrumentation and preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Work self-directed with minimal supervision, managing time efficiently and multitasking to meet deadlines. Prior experience with preventive maintenance of Agilent HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS preferred. Relevant certifications or training in instrumentation and calibration.
