Pharmacien·ne - Distribution (Présentiel ou télétravail) Modalités : Présentiel ou télétravail (jusqu'à 7 j /semaine). Présentiel obligatoire 1 fin de semaine sur 2. Du lundi au vendredi en présentiel ou télétravail Taux horaire proposé : 65 $ / heure Pharmacien·ne - Oncologie (Télétravail / À distance) Modalités : Validation d'ordonnances en oncologie et/ou enseignement aux patients à distance (jusqu'à 4 j/semaine) Taux horaire proposé : 55 $ / heure Exigences spécifique: Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en oncologie hospitalière au Québec, expérience en validation d'ordonnances et enseignement aux patients (français et anglais) Requirements Formation & Permis : Membre en règle de l'OPQ, Maîtrise en pharmacothérapie avancée (Québec), Loi 31, accès DSQ personnels Logiciels : Fonctionnel sur Gespharx (modules validation, numérisation, clinique, BCM) et DME MYLE en oncologie Langues : Français maîtrisé (oral/écrit) + capacité de rédaction en anglais Assurance FARPOPQ (catégorie A)

Requirements
Candidates must be members in good standing of the OPQ and hold a Master's degree in advanced pharmacotherapy. A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital oncology and proficiency in both French and English are required.
