Perform sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous medications, prepare complex compounded products using aseptic technique, and maintain cleanroom conditions in accordance with NAPRA standards and organizational procedures. Complete batch records and quality checks, manage inventory, collaborate with pharmacists and technical staff, and participate in ongoing training and compliance activities.

Lead and coordinate sterile compounding operations, ensuring aseptic procedures, cleanroom practices, documentation, and quality standards are followed. Support staff training and competency assessments, monitor facilities and inventory, maintain procedures and records, and contribute to quality improvement and regulatory activities.

Oversee daily operations and lead the pharmacy team at a specialty compounding facility, ensuring patient care, workflow efficiency, and compliance with applicable legislation, ACP standards, USP guidelines, and company procedures. Review prescriptions and compounding documentation, verify calculations and final products, authorize batch releases, maintain audit-ready records, and address quality issues through investigation and continuous improvement.
