The Pharmacy Assistant processes and corrects third-party billings and performs non-sterile compounding according to NAPRA standards. They also manage patient inquiries, coordinate with healthcare providers, and assist families with insurance coverage issues.

The Registered Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the accurate dispensing and compounding of medications, including sterile and non-sterile preparations. They ensure patient safety by checking and approving the final release of products while maintaining regulatory compliance and drug accountability records.
