Description du poste : Le technicien de laboratoire en métallurgie aura pour principale fonction d'effectuer les essais métallurgiques et le contrôle de la qualité de la production quotidienne conformément aux spécifications. Les responsabilités - Contrôler la qualité métallurgique des pièces ayant subi un traitement thermique par différents essais : Essais de dureté Préparation métallurgique des pièces avant analyse au microscope Analyse par microscope optique Réaliser le contrôle en fonction de l’échantillonnage. Contrôler la conformité des cycles de traitement thermique (temps, température et atmosphère). - Rédaction et émission du rapport de conformité. - Effectuer l’étalonnage quotidien des équipements du laboratoire.
