Perform technical and clerical pharmacy duties, including dispensing and checking prescriptions and ward stock, preparing sterile intravenous products, and obtaining and recording patients’ medication histories. Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment; support unit-dose dispensing; and contribute to the efficient operation of the Pharmacy Department.

Lead pharmacy-related clinical information system and medication technology initiatives, including staff support and training, functionality testing, workflow improvement, and maintenance of reports and systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and provincial stakeholders to resolve system issues, standardize medication management practices, and support safe implementation of changes.
