We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining patient records, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Billing and data input of prescriptions (Paperless Kroll) Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications Provide quality customer service by assisting patients with inquiries Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies Requirements Experience working in a pharmacy in Canada Knowledge of medication administration and patient care Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: Kroll: 1 year (preferred) Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

What you’ll do

The Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for billing and data input of prescriptions using Paperless Kroll and supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications. They also provide quality customer service to patients and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience working in a Canadian pharmacy and knowledge of medication administration. Proficiency with Kroll software and strong attention to detail are preferred.
